Returns


We want you to shop with confidence at CASEORA.


Items purchased on our website (www.CASEORA.net) may be returned within 21 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in original condition

• All original parts, packaging, and appearance are intact and undamaged


To initiate a return, a Return Authorization (RA) is required.

Please contact us at info@CASEORA.net within 21 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Order number

• Item name / size

• Reason for return


We typically respond within 1–2 business days.



Return Shipping


• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

• A damaged item

• A defective item

• An incorrect item sent by us


In these cases, CASEORA will cover the return shipping cost.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment



Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend:

1. Requesting a return authorization for the original item

2. Placing a new order for the replacement item


Once your return is approved, we will provide a free shipping code for your replacement order.

The shipping code is valid for 21 days from the date it is issued.



Promotional & Final Sale Items


Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during specific promotional periods may not be eligible for return unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective

• The incorrect item was received


In these situations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.



Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect:

• Custom-made or made-to-order items

• Items that have been used, installed, or altered

• Items returned without an approved Return Authorization



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@CASEORA.net within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
